What is Projective?
Projective is the most recently created division of the KennedyPearce Group. Having built a solid reputation as a trusted city leader within Financial Services Recruitment, we have found ourselves more and more being approached to provide a consultative service within large strategic programmes. Projective is now establishing itself as the “go to” consultancy firm for specialist requirements and knowledge around the Projects and Change arena.
At Projective, we have continued with the same philosophy that has seen the KennedyPearce Group grow from 2 people to over 50 specialist consultants across 2 UK based offices and an increasing presence across the Asia Pacific market.
Projective take a purely consultative approach in our provision of temporary and permanent project specialists. We fully understand that each programme and the change within those programmes will be unique to each of our clients and their needs.
At Projective we offer a fully bespoke service to each of our clientele; which has proven to create confidence in our ability to delivery for each recognised requirement. With our consultative approach we are able to advise at each step of the programme lifecycle and this allows us to provide a fluid service in a constantly changing projects environment.

What is your Objective?
Projective understands every business is different. Every business is constantly changing and will go through major and minor change programmes. Requirements vary in both size and scope but what does remain, is that for every project undertaken, every business has an objective.
