My client is a rapidly growing real estate company with national interests. They currently have a new opportunity available for a Finance Administration Assistant to join the East London finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a newly created role with potential to grow and will be supporting the overall finance operation. The main responsibilities for this role will be:

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience in data entry and other administrative tasks
* Strong systems skills and comfort with IT system based processes
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels including non-finance members of staff
* Organisational skills with the ability to work independently, under pressure and to deadlines
* Confident in use of Excel
* Experience of a accounting packages will be an advantage
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
