Accounts Assistant – Insurance (Acturis experience)

This City based Insurance Broker is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant with Acturis knowledge.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receipts / Cash book of the Insurance Brokerage (EFI)
*

Client accounts for EFI
*

Shared responsibility for maintaining the nominal ledger
*

Month-end closure for the Insurance Brokerage
*

Bank statements for the shareholders
*

Tax returns for the shareholders
*

Monitoring Investment portfolio
*

Year-end audit preparation, including assisting the FD with preparation and review of files, audit schedules and tax returns
*

Shared responsibility for the group payroll of 200 staff

As the ideal candidate you have experience within Insurance and good knowledge of the Acturis system.
