My Client a Global Consultancy Business in Central London is looking for an Accounts Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

Reporting to the Finance Director as an Accounts Manager you will be responsible for:

* Management of team of four staff- please note you don’t need prior management experience.
* Preparation of complex balance sheet reconciliations
* Review of balance sheet reconciliations prepared by other members of the team, including bank reconciliations
* Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation file for FD to review
* Review of fixed asset and depreciation postings
* Raise intercompany recharge invoices, such as Group insurance charges
* Agree month end intercompany settlement balances
* Calculate intercompany loan interest and make posting
* Run month end revaluation process in UK entity
* Review quarterly VAT returns
* Ensure regulatory returns for HMRC are completed and submitted in a timely manner
* Respond to ad hoc queries from HMRC and tax advisors
* Review and approve payments in Barlays.net
* Key contact for annual internal and external audit
* Identify and assist with process improvement as required
* Develop team to ensure it functions as one team to improve resilience
* Assist Senior Finance Manager and Regional Finance Director as required

You will need to have experience of working with complex Balance Sheet Reconciliations and ideally working with multi-currency.

You will be an active ACCA/CIMA Studier. This is a great opportunity for a Part Qualified individual to gain management experience.
