My client is a leading global provider of deliverable foreign exchange, offering confidential, same day spot and forward commercial foreign exchange contract. They are looking to recruit a Dutch speaking HR Administrator:

· Assist the Human Resources Manager in administration
· Create offers of employment and new starter packs
· Deal with amendments to employee contracts, promotions and internal transfers
· Maintenance, creation and improvement of databases, spreadsheets and documents
concerned with various areas of administration in the company
· Maintain employee personnel files
· Ensure compliance of personal data records
· Sending out and chasing the return of reference checks
· Updating HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current legislation
and business needs
· Administration, Filing and general office duties
· Conduct employee inductions
· Field calls and answer queries on all HR related policies and procedures
· Monitoring holiday and absence records across the business
· Ensure the HR procedures manual is kept up to date
· Efficiently take minute taking notes in formal hearings and other confidential meetings
· Co-ordination of weekly HR meetings including agenda preparation
· Data inputting and checking for payroll

· Good time management
· Excellent attention to detail
· Confidentiality and discretion are fundamental
· Good communication skills
· Good organisational skills

· Previous experience in an administration role
· Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Typing ability 40-50WPM
· Interest in all areas of Human Resources
· Up to date knowledge of employment law is desirable
