Assistant Analyst, Accounts Control

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Control to join one of the leading financial services companies based in London on a part time permanent role.

The Accounts Control will be responsible for the accurate and timely capture of a high volume of transactions on a daily basis, checking and controlling the quality of information and data provided to ensure it adheres to policy and procedures.


* Coding and processing all invoices
* Batching and coding of invoices
* Prepare monthly account reconciliations
* Telephone and email correspondence with suppliers
* Product reports and schedules
* Liaise with internal and external clients in order to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries
* Train new team members


* Educated to degree level and hold a finance related degree
* Strong analytical, problem solving skills
* Experience of working accurately within strict deadlines
* SAP experience desired
* Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
