My Client a Global Leading Publishing Business in the Central London is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their head office team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager the Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for:

* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with two key stakeholders
* Support Business Analysts with monthly and quarterly reporting including preparation of departmental P&L reports and Balance Sheet reconciliation
* Responsible for the control of costs, including a large number of contracts and licenses globally. The candidate will be responsible for adjustments to the P&L including prepayments and accruals, and quarterly forecast.
* Responsibility for different aspects of the Fixed Assets lifecycle, including accruals at month end and year end. Capex monthly report to management and variance analysis
* Manage the monthly reporting and analysis costs and identify cost efficiencies. Also responsible for quarterly forecasting process and liaising with Bureaux chiefs
* Update month end and forecasting reports for each budget holder and add variance analysis.
* Month end cost accruals and loading of monthly KPI’s

Successful candidates will be Finance and Accounting Graduates with at least 1 years’ experience as an Accounts Assistant with a commercial influence. Candidates will be part qualified in either ACCA/CIMA or ACA.
