Based in the city of London suburbs, this IT company is looking for a proactive Billings Clerk to join their growing team. This role will suit someone who (ideally) comes with end to end invoice management experience and the ambition to drive their career. If you love the autonomy to manage your own portfolio in a team based environment, then this is the role for you.

Your day to day operations will be varied and fun, with the ability to branch into other accounts duties outside of billings. You will be the pillar of support not only for the billings team but the finance division as a whole.

You’ll be encouraged to promote communications across the wider group, and engage with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. To be successful in this role, you need to have a positive attitude and be willing to provide support and take on various exciting accounts and billings tasks as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide ongoing support in the billings, reporting, accounts and finance space
* Processing medium-high volume invoices
* Daily reconciliations
* Investigation and follow up of any discrepancies
* Assist with various ongoing projects
* Preparation of monthly reports for senior management and clients
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders daily to ensure any issues are resolved promptly.
* Managing queries and escalations

Key Requirements:

* 2 + Years in Finance
* Strong Time Management skills (set work priorities, resolve issues and make decisions efficiently).
* Advance Excel skills
* Strong interpersonal Skills to ensure efficient and friendly support
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
* Ability to function effectively as part of a team
* Previous accounting experience
* Experience with Pronto desirable
* Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word , excel and Outlook)
