I am looking for an experienced Finance Systems Business Analyst as part of a finance system implementation project. The implementation of the new finance system is part of a larger company investment which aims to drive efficiencies and improved interaction across a variety of operational systems.

Following a positive restructure within the business, a new role has been established with the organisation. This is an exciting time to join the business as they look to sustain continued growth whilst improving efficiency and driving profit within the business.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting tools and IT systems, and an in-depth understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and accounting and control processes.

Candidates should have the following;

– Strong business analysis skills, including business process design, facilitating workshops and data analysis

– Working knowledge of finance processes and prior experience of working on a finance system selection and implementation.

As the lead business analyst on the project, responsibilities will include:

* Prepare for, lead and facilitate requirements and process workshops with stakeholders at all levels from finance and other operational teams
* Understand and document end-to-end business processes, identifying areas for improvement
* Document high-level and detailed system requirements for the new finance solution
* Analyse complex business problems and present options and recommendations to the stakeholder group for review
* Act as the main point of liaison between the business teams and the project team
* Work alongside the technical design team to design an optimal blend of business processes and technical solutions
