An exciting opportunity for an experienced internal Communications Advisor ro work for this Global Insurance Company based in the City

You will be an active part of the Communications and Marketing Dept within the Employee communications team

To administer topical and engaging material to the whole business. Your communications should take employees on a journey and explain the WHY behind this Global Company.

Responsibilities will include:-

* Assisting with driving the business content through multiple communication streams including email, intranet stories among others.
* Your communication pieces will tell the story behind the company’s projects and business strategy; they will engage the reader and give the reader an idea behind the bigger picture.
* Assisting with large communication campaigns across a large number of projects and topics.
* Implementing the company wide communication plan. You will use as many streams of communication to engage the workforce and promoting why the company is a great place to work.
* Drive and create Business Content to show readers the big picture whilst still sharing all the details of the topic and be engaging
* Process communication material orders
* Developing and maintaining key relationships across the business with your excellent communication and organisational skills

Preferably you will have:-

* Experience of updating and maintaining an intranet (Sharepoint 2013 )
* Experience of copy writing skills
* Experience of working with or understanding of the Insurance industry.
* Be available to commence 12th June
* Previous Employer or internal communcation experience is essential to be able to hit the ground running

Hourly Pay Rate £20.00 – £26.00 (plus holiday pay) dependant on experience
