My client, an exciting and innovative business are hiring a Compensation & Benefits manager to backfill and internal promotion.

The ideal Compensation & Benefits Manager will be a strong individual who is able to work directly with senior stakeholders.

Day to day this role will be responsible for the management of Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Pensions with an additional focus on producing HR data and building HR analytics and insights.

Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables are critical

Key skills & experience:

* Extensive experience managing payroll
* Previous experience managing auto-enrolment and defined contribution pensions.
* Previous experience of payroll and finance audits, ideally under Sarbanes Oxley
* Experience working with ADP Freedom (Payroll system) beneficial
* Previous experience working within a business facing role and advising senior employees on all compensation and benefits enquiries.
* Previous experience producing HR data and providing HR analytics/insights.
* Previous people management experience beneficial.
* Must be highly numerate
* Advanced excel skills including vlookups, pivot tables critical
* Strong attention to detail
* Discretion and confidentiality is essential
