My Client, a Leading Recruitment business based in the City of London is looking for a Credit Controller to join their head office team.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Credit Controller will be responsible for:

* Take ownership of Credit Control and keep Debtor levels within agreed terms
* Posting of weekly Cash Allocations to Accounting System
* Raise Permanent and Fixed Term Contract invoices through external service provider
* Keeping track of on-going Client Purchase Orders
* Reconcile Debtors ledger to Factoring Company
* Produce weekly Consultant GP Reports and update fee pipeline daily
* Review Terms of Business for new Clients
* Carry out compliance checks on CRM system
* Assist with monthly Management Accounts tasks
* Reconcile monthly Balance Sheet accounts
* Assist Payroll Coordinator with Weekly Payroll as required
* Manage monthly Staff Expenses and Director Credit Cards
* Other ad-hoc tasks as required

The successful candidate must have:

* Proven Credit Control experience
* Experience with using Excel
* Attention to detail
* Good communication skills
