My client is a trusted umbrella employer For Contractors and Agencies, who service many of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator who will be responsible for:

* Be the first point of contact between customers and the business
* Answer and deal with queries over the phone and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Respond to emails within 2 hours
* Correspond directly with recruitment agencies to maintain a good working relationship with clients
* Monitoring inbox’s
* Filing documentation
* Inputting and updating data on the online portal in order for the payroll process to run smoothly.
* Data entry on Merit payroll software
* Learn the payroll process
