Client Details

The organisation has a national presence and is experiencing aggressive growth.


In this role your duties will include, but not be limited to:

* Providing accurate information to all stakeholders for all Development Project activity
* Responsible for analysing and explaining variations between actual and budget/forecast performance on a project by project basis
* The provision of key data for monthly reporting across the active Development Project portfolio
* Ad hoc reporting on projects
* Review of all Development Projects at completion to ascertain the total actual costs v budget/forecast costs and report on reasons for variances for future learning
* Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a Development Project dashboard
* Lead budgeting and forecasting on all projects
* Work on investment appraisal activity on identifying new projects


You will be an ACA Qualified accountant with strong project accounting experience, preferably in the property development space with the following attributes:

* Sound communication skills
* Ability to create change
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and can build positive relationships
* Able to work autonomously
* Previous experience in a property organisation in a similar role
* Track record of implementing best practice in previous roles
* Strong Excel skills
* Track record of ability to solve problems/issues
