An excellent opportunity for an expereinced Disclosure Officer to assist in this high profile investigation.Working on this public enquiry and assisting the Investigation Team you will be predominately collating, reveiwing and management of case documentation in preparation

Main duties:-

* Mainly general support on the team and the disclosure work
* Documents review and management
* IT literate
* Previous disclosure work experience
* Large scale litigation experience ideally
* This new role has been created to provide disclosure support to the Investigation and Review Team in reviewing and supporting the investigations of the Public Inquiry and Metropolitan Police.
* The disclosure officer will provide support to LFB investigators to ensure that disclosure and e-disclosure processes are managed in accordance with the requirements of the Public Inquiry and Police as well as supporting the LFB’s internal reviews process.
* You will be responsible, in conjunction with your line manage, for the management and review of all documentary evidence collected by the LFB in relation to theenquiry

In addition, the post holder will be responsible for the management of two members of staff and tasked with the maintenance of the e-disclosure systems (Relativity)

Systems knowledge

* relativity software – strongly preferred
* Ideally understanding SharePoint
* general understanding of databases
* E-disclosure software could be good as well
* Manage 3 staff – junior disclosure officer. Senior admin staff
* responsible reviewing all the documentation with regards to the Grenfell tower incident – public enquire
* database is updated properly
* management experience would preferred

Essential criteria for candidate suitability

1 excellent communications skills
2 previous experience working as a disclosure officer
3 management experience
4 MS Word and Excel. Ideally you will have experience of Relativity, or similar e-disclosure software.
5 experienced disclosure officer
6 litigations
7 Collation of evidence and documentation
8 police services/ large criminal or regulatory

Working hours – 9:00 – 5:00 Mon- Fri
Location: London SE1
Duration: to commence on 3 months temp with a view to go on for approx 18 month

PAYE Basic Pay Rate: £18.00 – £23.00
Umbrella Pay Rate: £25.60
