My Client a Leisure Business in Central London is looking for a Finance Manager to join their head office team.

Reporting to the Director of Finance the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

* Assisting with the overall financial management and reporting
* Continuous training, development and performance management of the two finance assistants to ensure potential is being fulfilled.
* Preparation of financial information for Budget Managers and Division Heads.
* Develop financial policies and procedures and ensure they are
* Play a key role in the smooth running of our annual external audit, including regular communication with external auditors.
* Detailed reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
* Resolution of balance sheet reconciling items
* Supplier accruals preparation and submission
* Payroll journals preparation and submission
* Deferred income adjustments and reconciliation
* Prepaid costs adjustments and reconciliation
* Profit and loss analysis
* Assist with monthly management accounts preparation (capacity permitting, and full training will be given)
* Quarterly VAT return, including partial exemption workings.
* Supplier payment run approval.
* Manage insurance policies and annual renewals.
* Oversee effective management of the shared finance email inboxes.
* Assist the team with resolving queries.
* Issue concession certificates.

You will be a Part qualified Accountant (AAT fully qualified or final stages of ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by lengthy experience.

You will have all round accounts experience, including an element of staff management and team development.
