My Client is a global PE backed business with a new finance function in the UK. They have 10% growth year on year. They are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their London head office.

Due to expansion in the department this role has become available. You will report to the Head of FP&A. This role will also be the main finance business partner for Group functional costs.

As the FP&A Manager you will be responsible for:

* Reporting into the role is one management accountant
* Preparing forecast and budget packs for Senior Executive Team and Board
* Oversee management accounts process including specific ownership of functional cost centres
* Work closely with operating divisions during forecasting and budgeting as well as end of month analysis
* Drive change and process improvement via a number of global improvement projects
* Work closely with HR to report on global headcount
* Other ad-hoc reporting and projects.

Experience necessary:

* Qualified ACA or CIMA
* Self-motivated
* Good communicator
* Able to manage heavy workload & strict deadlines
* Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
* Attention to detail

This role will look up to pay £75,000 as well as offering a competitive benefits package.
