German Speaking Customer Service

I am business partnering with a Trading house, to add an additional headcount to their Customer Service Team, supporting UK and German markets.

FLUENT GERMAN language skills are mandatory to be considered for this opportunity.

Working Hours are shift patterns: 8am to 5pm or 2pm to 10pm

Whist it would be ideal to have someone with Customer Service experience gained within the Financial sector, we will consider candidates that are recent graduates that are confident and clear communicators.

Typically responsibilities will include:

* Running on-line searches and matching / comparing against internal and external company listings
* Administering the set up of new client accounts
* Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
* Responding to client enquiries via email
* Processing client withdrawals and internal account transfer requests
* Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the online platform
* Providing basic technical/trading support for clients
* Electronic filing
* Scanning and photocopying
* Archiving documents
* Mail mergers
* Sending out welcome letters to clients
