Group Financial Controller

The Group Financial Controller is a key role within the company, tasked with functional responsibility for the management of the company’s accounting and financial compliance functions. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer, and is expected to involve a close working relationship with the Chief Executive Officer, as well as additional board members.

Key Responsibilities:

Management and control of financial reports including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statements. Monthly variance analysis will also be required aswell as management of the ERP system.

Compliance to all international statutory obligations, liaison and relationship management with key external providers including auditors, payroll services, accounting firms and tax advisers.

Management of the accounting and finance requirements of the international subsidiaries including production of monthly consolidated results, cashflow management and audit and regulatory compliance

Assist the CFO in strategic finance activities including M&A, due diligence and other matters as they arise

Person Specification:

Qualified accountant from a Top 10 Accountancy Firm (ACA,CPA) with a minimum of five years post qualified experience.

Prior experience of working in a fast paced SME environment and/or travel industry is desirable

Strong Excel and system skills
