Group Reporting Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Group Reporting Manager for a large retail business. You must be immediately available or on 1 week notice.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation of Group Instructions for the half year and year end process, monitoring of submissions received and follow-up of outstanding submissions;
* Production of the UK & Europe Group financial consolidation under IFRS on a semi-annual basis, including a number of sub-consolidations; submission of all consolidation spreadsheets to the parent entity and responding to queries from parent company;
* Managing relationship with external auditors, and preparation of annual audit fee allocation across entities.
* Responding to auditor queries on half year and year end consolidation;
* Development of the consolidation models in response to any changes in group structure or reporting obligations;
* Technical group accounting for all acquisitions and disposals and other accounting technical issues as required;
* Preparation of the budgeting and forecasting of Head Office cost recoveries, ensuring thorough understanding of the outputs, and development of the current excel model onto an automated system.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills:

* ACA qualified with 5 years PQE ideally
* Multi entity and multi-currency consolidations experience
* Advanced Excel
* Commercial mindset
