My client is a company that runs hospitals and health services based in the UK. They are currently recruiting for an HR administrator to support and service their HR team, supporting the corporate function based in London and wider hospital business.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the starter and leaver process
* Take responsibility for the coordination of new starter pre employment checks (DBS, Medical checks, Reference checks)
* Assist with recruitment; advertising new roles, short listing, arranging first interviews and second interviews
* Maintain detailed records of training and achievement for each employee and provide managers/HR colleagues with training compliance information and reports as necessary
* Arrange HR inductions for new starters
* General HR admin duties
* Maintain and update HR databases, spread sheets and charts using computerised systems, recording accurate, confidential and sensitive staff information
* Carry out appropriate checks to ensure data quality
* Answer queries from staff both in person and over the phone
* Support the HR BP and Advisor as required
* Take on additional admin tasks

The ideal candidate will have HR admin experience or be interested in HR, be bright, proactive and a fast learner.
