My client are looking for an HR Administrator to join their busy HR team.

Responsibilities

* Supporting the busy HR team with administration
* Support for the HR Director
* Direct recruitment
* Liaising with agencies and setting up interviews
* Liaising with candidates directly and setting up interviews
* Liaising with line managers
* helping to write job specifications
* Onboarding
* Support work as required

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

* Experience in an HR capacity
* Confident and happy to liaise at all levels
* Experience in financial services/banking/professional environment
* Proactive, bright, confident
