Are you a Generalist HR Advisor with strong system knowledge?

A great opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR Advisor to play a key role in the new HR system implementation of a Financial Services business based in West Malling.

Ideally the successful HR Advisor will have strong Generalist knowledge, and be Analytical in particular to the selection, implementation, and training of HR systems.

* All Generalist responsibilities
* Providing key support to business users for system queries and issues, including; detailed investigation of issues, progressing these through to resolution and escalating them where needed to third-party providers
* System configuration changes, including maintaining system security profiles, dashboards, creating user portals and ad-hoc requests based on business needs
* Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on all system updates and fixes
* Support and guide activities on data integrity and maintenance
