HR Director, Operations

I am business Partnering with a Bank, hiring HR Director Operations, Data and Analytics.

The Director will manage staff across several teams including HR Operations, HR Administration and the Data Governance/HRIS/Analytics team.

The role will be to focus on maximising the effectiveness and performance of the Bank’s workforce by ensuring that HR policies are in place and clearly communicated to staff, and workforce information is accurate and well governed.

Responsibilities:
HR Operations

* Accountability for the international payroll of +2,000 staff across +30 countries
* Reconciliation of all HR related financial accounts
* Streamlining of the administrative processes of the HR Operations team

HR Adminstration

* Review ‘lifecycle’ administration including onboarding and contract management systems and processes and proposing efficiencies to link seamlessly with HR Operations.

Data Governance

* Member of the Bank’s Data Management Committee and Information Security Committee, representing HR
* Responsibility for development and ongoing maintenance of the HR Data Dictionary, defining all terms and metrics used in reporting
* Maximise data quality through managing exception reporting to identify and fix issues

HRIS, Reporting & Analytics

* In collaboration with IT, the development and ongoing maintenance of the HR Reporting Model in the data-warehouse, to enable robust and consistent reporting
* Provision of reports and dashboards to the Board, Senior Management and other colleagues
* Provision of analysis relating to organisational design and the Bank’s Operational Effectiveness and Efficiency programme (OE&E) and also forward staff planning
* Lead the transition the reporting environment from static reporting to online self-access to standard reports and dashboards
* Build a comprehensive workforce analytics capability and work with clients to support and guide fact-based decision making on all workforce aspects, such as organisation design, OE&E work and organisational strategic planning
* Develop the HRIS strategy and oversee enhancements to HR systems environment based on this strategy, to continue meeting the Bank’s needs and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function overall
