I am keen to speak to Legal Secretaries ideally from a Real Estate or Commercial Property background, for an opportunity to work at a Leading Law firm in London.

The Legal Secretary will be a vital member of a fast paced, ever changing environment, where prioritising and organising both yourself and your team is key.

This role will suit someone who has experience of supporting multiple people.

Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to;


* Proactive diary management
* Creating/amending documents and letters
* Digital dictation
* Organising meetings, travel arrangements, lunches and conference calls
* Collating billing guides, drafting narratives and covering letters to clients / liaising with accounts team on billing matters
* Updating database
* Processing expenses
