Lettings Administrator & PA

My client is a Real Estate Investment Manager and are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator & PA to Director for their London Office.

Responsibilities:

* Full diary and inbox management for the Director
* Arranging international travel (private and business) visas, accommodation, currency, transfers
* Arranging internal and external meetings with clients
* Expenses (multi-currency)
* Meet and greet visitors and assist with the arrangement of refreshments for internal and external meetings
* Assist in the arrangement of offsite meetings and events
* Overseeing the full rental process
* Maintaining an overview of the process
* Monitoring the tenancy application
* Updating the tenants as necessary
* Paperwork/reports when properties are let
* Building relationships with clients
* Typing and preparing the supporting lettings documentation
* Preparing property details
* Excel work
* Run any necessary errands for the Director
* Property management/liaison as required
* Anything else as required

Person Specification:

* Experience working within a small business
* Previous Lettings experience is essential
* Good command of the English language
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive and able to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of the Microsoft Office Suite
* Deadline driven
