Onboarding Executive

Our client, a City based brokerage are looking to recruit an Onboarding Executive, paying upto £35k and must be immediately available.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Onboarding team leader is responsible for ensuring the client experiences a seamless account opening process whilst ensuring clients are onboarded in accordance with compliance regulations and in line with internal SLA’s.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (What duties are required for the positon)

* Working with Front of House to ensure the correct documentation is obtained to successfully open a client account
* Liaise with the sales team to ensure on-boarding process is as smooth for our clients as possible
* To follow up with clients directly to obtain any further information required to open the client account
* To act in accordance with compliance protocols
* To work in adherence with internal SLA’s and where possible exceeding those to increase client experience
* Set up client accounts using our internal CRM system and on boarding new clients using verification software
* Collaboratively support onboarding colleagues to carry out check and balance to open client accounts
* To interact with clients on the phone and via email to assist them with enquiries regarding the registration process
* Assisting clients with updating their accounts with personal information, documents and other details
* Ensuring all information obtained is accurate and reflected as such within the CRM system
* Conduct PEP/Sanctions screening
* To conduct Third Party Payment due diligence
* Ensure queries and registrations are covered whilst colleagues are out of office
* Work with our Partnerships department to ensure partnerships are logged appropriately

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:
Office open hours are 7:00 to 19:00. You will be expected to work a 9 hour shift with an hour hour for lunch.
