An exciting opportunity for a PA to support an Investment company based in the City

Your communications and organisation skiils should be excellent.

Responsibilities will include:-

* Assisting with driving the business content through multiple communication streams including email, intranet stories among others.
* Booking Travel arrangements and accommodation
* Assisting with large communication campaigns across a large number of projects and topics.
* Developing and maintaining key relationships across the business with your excellent communication and organisational skills
* Updating clients

Preferably you will have:-

* Experience of updating and maintaining an intranet (Sharepoint 2013 preferably)
* Experience of copy writing skills
* Preferably you will have an understanding of the Insurance industry.
* Be available to commence ASAP until 12th July poss plus
* Previous Admin experience within a communications dept would be preferred
* Good Computer skills

This position would be ideal for a Communications/Marketing Graduate looking for holiday work over the summer or an experienced Communications /Marketing Assistant

Hourly Pay Rate £14.00 – £18.00 dependant on experience
