An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA/Team Assistant to support this busy Global Talent Acquisition Team working for this prestigious City Insurance Company

Main duties will be to:-
Book meetings and organise interviews over various time zones
Manage, coordinate and ensuring updates are maintained
Liaise with senior stakeholders
Book hotels and global travel
Assist the team with on boarding
Assist with and coordinate events
Skills required
Excellent administration skills
Previous Team Assistant / PA experience is essential
Global Time Zone experience is essential
Previous experience of working in HR would be an advantage but not essential
Preferably you will have previous Insurance or Financial Services experience

Good computer skills MS Word and Excel
Excellent Organisational and Communication skills
Be very hands on to support a busy team
Be confident to liaise with Senior Execs

Location: City
Duration: 6 months temp poss perm
Salary: £17.00 – £19.00 per hour
Start Date Immediate
