My client is a commercial and residential real estate agency based in London and they are looking to hire a PA to their Director.

Responsibilities will include:

* Full diary management for the Director
* Arranging and scheduling meetings both in the UK and abroad
* Catering for meetings
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Helping organise events
* Travel arrangements for events abroad
* Expenses
* Excel use – reporting, maintaining client data, formatting reports
* Printing and binding of board packs
* Property management where required (tenant liaison etc.)
* Liaising with clients
