PA to Chairman

My client is a Malaysian Bank and are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the Chairman in his business and personal duties.

Responsibilities:

* Full diary and inbox management
* Arranging international travel (private and business) visas, accommodation, currency, transfers
* Arranging internal and external meetings with UHNWI clients and contacts
* Expenses (multi-currency)
* Meet and greet visitors of the Chairman
* Assist with the arrangement of refreshments for internal and external meetings
* Assist in the arrangement of offsite meetings and events for the Chairman’s Office
* Provide support at dinners and events
* Collation of attendees for events (invitees and RSVPs)
* Typing documentation
* Board packs
* Printing/binding
* Minutes
* Flexible working when required
* Run any necessary errands for the Chairman and his wife (dry cleaning, flowers, and make up/deliveries at Harrods etc.)
* Property management in London/Oxfordshire
* Liaising with 4 PA’s in Malaysia
* Liaising with household staff
* Any other private or business duties as required

Person Specification:

* Experience working within a Malaysian company/environment or in Malaysia
* Ideally Malaysian speaking
* Graduate calibre
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive and able to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of working at Chairman level with personal duties
* Deadline driven
* Flexible working hours
