Pricing Manager

Our client, a global media and advertising company are looking for a Pricing Manager to join their newly created pricing team in London.

You will develop and deploy various pricing models in order to support multiple lines of business to deliver the organisational pricing and growth aspiration / strategy whilst optimising profitability.

What you’ll be doing:

* Works with the market insights teams to develop multivariate pricing models for different product and service offerings, taking into consideration various market metrics and trends to ensure that modes are commercially viable.
* Provides management with various pricing analytics and assists the business to develop and deploy pricing strategies that take multiple external and internal factors into consideration.
* Is responsible for day to day pricing proposals, manages exceptions and ensures proper sign offs.
* Works closely with the development teams to develop pricing algorithms as well as new pricing systems (ideally self-service) modules and automated reports / dashboards.
* Develops a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data.
* Works with the regional markets team on multiple Requests for Proposal / pricing proposals to deliver optimal pricing.
* Ensures regular and automated performance monitoring and reporting for the pricing regime.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mathematics or statistic
* Pricing
* Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables etc.)
* Compliance
* Data Visualisation
* Experience using SAS OR R
* Experience building pricing algorithms
* Market research (quantitative)
* Experience in foreign markets is a plus
