Receptionist/Sales Support Assistant

KennedyPearce Consulting is looking to hire a Receptionist/Sales Support Assistant to join our dynamic City based team.

Reporting to the Office Manager the successful individual will be responsible for:

* Assisting the day to day running of the company ensuring that the office always looks presentable and tidy
* Manually formatting CVs for consultants
* Writing up contracts for temporary placements made by consultants
* Monitoring & keeping up to date records/amending the current temporary placements and permanent placements (using Excel
* Completing compliance checks for candidates and ensuring that we have valid passports/registration forms/residence permits/visas/T&Cs/contractual documentation
* Photocopying/filing passports and registration forms and ensuring all of the relevant information is on the system
* Applying for references, CRB checks & credit checks when necessary
* Ensuring that the information on the system is kept up to date
* Carrying out Audits to monitor the teams’ work
* Diary management for the consultants when required
* Completing references for previously placed candidates
* Covering the reception area/carrying out receptionist duties
* Monitoring staff holidays/absences using our system PeopleHR.
* Assisting with company events and personal errands when required.
* Ensuring that the phone is always answered & taking messages for the team when they are not in the office/away from their desk.
* Assisting the payroll team in ensuring we have all the required documents and information for placements
* Booking out meeting rooms when required

We are looking for a quick learner who has the ability to pick up systems and procedures efficiently. The successfull applicant will be extremely organised with the ability to prioritise work and progress to completion using initiative when expected.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

We would expect individuals applying for this position to posess Intermediate/Advanced computer skills with practical knowledge in using a range of Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
