An excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join this International Team, based within a Global City Investment Company

You will be organising and scheduling complex interview scheduling across multiple locations and time zones. This is an integral role providing all on-boarding / compliance admin to the International Recruitment Team

Working closely with Hiring Managers, candidates and recruiters, the co-ordinator will ensure they are providing an exceptional level of support and service.

The ideal candidate will:-

* Be confident and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills able to liaise with staff at all levels
* Be able to use your own initiative to manage your workload, prioritise, and meet deadlines
* Update and maintain personal records with a good eye for detail
* Be able to work on a rotating shift to support the global hiring/interview scheduling – 8- 5pm, 8.30-5.30 or 9-6pm
* Preferably have a recruitment function either in-house or agency
* Experience in using MS Outlook for scheduling interviews/meetings across multiple time-zones.
* Strong admin experience including on- boarding paperwork, contracts of employment and reporting
* Preferably have Workday experience

Duration: FTC 6 months poss plus
Hourly Pay Rate: £19 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
