I am business partnering with a Professional Services business to hire a Team Administrator, to support a team of up to 30.

The Team Administrator will be the main point of contact for all Trainees on the team, and therefore requires someone who is able to work off their own initiative, manage their time and workload efficiently and to be fully committed to the administration role.

The ideal candidate will have 2 – 3 years previous administration / team support experience in a busy / fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Liaising with the external training provider to monitor student performance and deal with queries
* Circulate student exam results
* Monitor student counselling meetings
* Monitor student ICAEW training files
* Monitor and chase completion of job review forms
* Populate quarterly student performance reports
* Monitor and circulate student hours
* Organise student events

Requirements:

* Previous experience working within a professional services environment with an administration focus preferred
* Highly motivated and flexible
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* Highly competent using Microsoft Office, Excel
* Possess a meticulous and organised approach to work
