An experienced Team Administrator/Receptionist is required to support this busy consultancy based in the heart of the City. Working as part of a team you will :-

* Support the Sales team in maintaining systems / updating candidates details and issuing contracts.
* Work on rota basis to cover Front Desk Reception: meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, organise and coordinate the meeting rooms, letting consultants know of the clients arrival. making guests teas and coffee and ensuring areas are neat and tidy
* Liaise with payroll to ensure candidates details are compliant
* Correspond to references, process DBS and credit searches
* Produce Reports and maintain information on Excel spreadsheets
* General admin support filing, scanning and updating the database

Skills Required

Pprevious administration work is essential preferably 2 – 5 years
A good eye for detail and accuracy is a must
To work as part of a team but able to work independently
Good Intermediate / Advance level computer skills with the ability to learn quickly new systems
A proactive approach and ability to work with high volumes
