Team assistant – Claims

An exciting opportunity for a Team administrator to support the Claims team for approx 9 month period based in Leeds

You will be the first point of contact answering calls, taking messages and delaing with enquiries.
Check, receive and track claims notifications and reinsurance forms
Liaise between various parties to answer queries and qualify requests and escalate concerns
Have a good eye for detail to data input, highlight irregularities and coordinate forms
maintain and update data

Skills requuired

Excellent communication skills to build realtionships
Good organisational skills
Good eye for detail, confident to highlight irregularities to senior members of the team
Good computer skills including Excel
Abillity to work to deadlines
Have experience of being a Data Coordinator or similar

Preferably you will have worked within the Insurance industry
Preferably you will have worked in or have a knowledge of claims

This position is a temporary vacancy to start ASAP for a duration of 9 months
Based in Leeds
