My client is seeking to recruit a Team Secretary to join their Debt Team supporting a Team of seven at a variety of levels from Director to Analyst. The successful candidate will work in an established job share arrangement alongside an experienced Team Secretary. The work pattern is Monday to Wednesday each week, as the team manages a high number of open mandates each of the job share partners will work three days creating the opportunity to work together every Wednesday on tasks such as closing dinners.

Daily tasks include:

* Diary management
* Travel arrangements
* Expenses
* Compliance tasks for new mandates/clients
* Invoicing and organising closing dinners both in house and at external venues
* Typing/amending documents
* Preparing and amending presentations
* Answering the telephone/gatekeeping

There will be regular opportunities to liaise with PAs, clients and third parties and will also be daily liaison with PAs and Team Secretaries across the Division as well as our support services functions.

They seek candidates who have worked in a busy professional services team – banking is preferable however they would also consider candidates with consulting, accounting or legal sector experience. The ability to manage a high workload and deliver on time and to a high quality is essential. This is a friendly team who regard their Secretary as a vital part of the team – their priorities change frequently so they are seeking candidates who would be able to provide a high level of support, whilst remaining unruffled and with a sense of humour. There will be occasions when flexibility is required to support deals at a critical point.
