The Training Programme:

Our training programme is headed up by one of the founding partners, Steve Pearce, and our highly experienced executive consultant, Marie Yeung, who has ten years of recruitment experience and who is also KPC’s top biller. This training programme is vital to KennedyPearce, as we see people as our most valuable asset, and we have created this programme to support our next generation of talents so that they can realise their potential as highly skilled, professional recruitment consultants.

What you get out of our Graduate programme:

The programme starts with a structured 12-24 week training programme, giving you plenty of time to learn the ropes. It also operates a ‘show and teach’ training experience, so that you get the opportunity to experience real-world situations.
