Freddie Shields specialises in helping businesses attract and secure top technology talent through a proactive, relationship-led approach to recruitment. He has recruited globally across a broad range of technology disciplines, with particular expertise in software engineering, data, cloud, product, and digital.

Freddie graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in History and has maintained a strong interest in current affairs and global events ever since. Outside of recruitment, he is a passionate Manchester United supporter and keen golfer. He also enjoys attending tech events and talks across London, particularly when there’s an opportunity to network and socialise afterwards.
