Experienced Account Handler

Based in Swale, Sittingbourne

Looking for an experienced Account Handler to drive growth through existing client book and deal with mid-term adjustments as well as general queries.

The successful Account Handler with be a pivotal member of the team.

• The role encompasses a combination of dealing with renewals, client enquiries, identifying cross and up-selling opportunities and dealing with mid-term adjustments - ensuring all of which are dealt with in a professional and compliant manner.
• The role also includes being targeted to achieve a monthly & annual budget for additional policies / commission through offering professional advice & recommendations against their existing placement, primarily over the phone
