KennedyPearce are hiring a General Ledger Accountant for a Real Estate company based in London. This role is a 6 month temp to perm role. You will be working remotley 3/4 days a week and in the office 1 or 2 days per week. The key activities for this role are UK REIT filling and accounting.

The role:

• UK REIT accounting/ filing
• VAT
• Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements compliant with IFRS within strict timelines
• Preparation of individual statutory financial statements
• Preparation and review of consolidated management accounts, including posting journals
• Dealing with external auditors and respond to any of their queries

You will be a qualified accountant and available to start by June 2022.
