A great opportunity has arisen to work for one of the worlds largest real estate businesses, with offices globally and a vast amount of years of investing experience. The position is based in the city and the role is primarily the process and payment of invoices, personal expenses and credit card reconciliations for the operations team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Invoice processing through the workflow system Alusta
  • Managing daily priority invoices of payment
  • Weekly payments BACS processing and balance checks
  • Weekly payment of personal expenses
  • Inter-Company cash transfers and journals
  • Reconciliation of control accounts
  • Liaising with department managers and external parties to ensure payments, cash movements and reconciliations are completed within deadlines.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in high volume (250 weekly) accounts payable and bank reconciliations
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Property experience
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Some knowledge of Basewear (MRI or CODA)
