An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Assistant with an industry leading media firm, due to the growth of their team. This would be a great opportunity for someone with prior Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience looking to take next step in their career.

The Role:

• Preparing and running the weekly supplier payment runs for all subsidiaries
• Posting invoices accurately to weekly and monthly deadlines
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Timely and accurate delivery of payment cycle for suppliers
• Ensuring correct authorisations are obtained
• Sending payment runs via BACs
• Inspecting and resolving misallocated cost

Requirements:

• 1 year + Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience
• Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA
• Excellent communication
• Able to work well in a team
