Our client is looking for a highly motivated administration person with high attention to detail and a love of numbers to join our dynamic team. This is a very busy and challenging role within a friendly environment, where you shall become a valuable team member in one of the most successful real estate agencies in England.

The Job

As an administration and accounts payable person within our team, you will be responsible for;

  • Entering & processing more than 300 invoices every week
  • Assisting with reception duties including answering phones & assisting clients
  • Completing banking duties
  • Responding to emails
  • Sending approval emails to committee members
  • Processing BACS & DEFT on a quarterly basis

The Right Candidate

We are looking for someone who appreciates hard work, has great work ethic and wants to be part of a workplace where they feel valued and important. Administration and accounts experience is essential. The successful candidate must possess the following attributes.

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • YARDI experience is absolutely essential
  • Property experience is also a must
  • High attention to detail
  • Love of numbers preferably
  • Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
  • Organised and efficient
  • Independent and shows initiative
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Eager & proactive work ethic
  • Willingness to learn
  • Punctual
  • Great communication skills - both oral and written
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Outlook & Excel (MSO Suite)
  • Preferably have an understanding of residential Real Estate (preferred but not required)
