Exciting opportunity to join a world renowned Media company based in Central London

• Inputting invoices, coding, checking tax compliancy and making sure the invoice is being billed to the correct entity
• Matching invoices to system raised PO's
• Reporting relating to unapproved Invoices
• Managing the invoices and accounts paid by direct debit
• Importing weekly multi-currency payments to the bank
• Dealing with internal and external queries via phone and email with a timely resolution
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager, Team Leader and the rest of the team with any ad hoc projects
• New supplier creation in Dynamics AX
• Performing timely month end reporting, ensuring timely follow up and escalation where appropriate
