My client is a leading Private Equity firm based in the City looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable professional. Someone enthusiastic, can hit the ground running and personable.

Role responsibilities:

• Supporting the Finance team with high volumes AP across UK and US
• Submit invoices onto Concur
• Manage of all UK/US ledgers and account allocations
• Perform Accounting review checks and updating this onto Concur
• Review and post invoices to NAV
• Perform payment runs to the FD and FC on a weekly basis
• Payment runs for 7 entities
• Assisting the Finance administrator in setting up new vendors and dimensions on NAV and Concur

Candidate requirements:

• Immediately available/1 week notice
• Ideally have worked within Financial Services/Private Equity previously
• NAV/Concur systems experience
