I am working with an exciting boutique hotel group who are looking to bring on an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant. This role will offer excellent exposure to different parts of the business and hotels around the world, as well as the opportunity to work with a close-knit and passionate team.

The Role:

• Daily processing of a high volume of supplier invoices onto the system
• Weekly reconciliation of supplier statements and timely resolution of any queries
• Daily liaison with suppliers and dealing with all related queries

Requirements:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience in hospitality
• Experience using Opera
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
