Job description
One of the UK's leading insurance company's are recruiting for an accounts payable role based in the city near Liverpool Street station. Role
- Process purchase invoices and expense claims
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Deal with invoice queries
- Ensure all invoices/expenses are authorised in line with limits
- Preparing accrual and prepayment schedules
- Processing of journals in relation to accounts payable
- Reconciling and analysis credit card spend
- VAT analysis
Experience
- 1-2 years minimum experience in accounts payable
- Part qualified
- Self-motivated
- Good communicator, news ideas on how to improve the process
- Proactive
- Attention to detail
This role will look up to pay up to £23/25k as well as offering a competitive benefits package plus generous bonus's.
