Located in Central London, you will become an integral member of a supportive finance team that embraces teamwork. As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing the daily, weekly and monthly accounts payable transactions
  • Assisting with the enhancement of the Accounts Payable process
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Setting up new supplier details and act as their primary finance contact
  • Reviewing and processing weekly and monthly supplier invoices, rebates, travel and staff expenses, and sales commissions
  • Ensuring accounts payable controls are applied correctly in the system
  • Maintaining local and international suppliers and creditors information
  • Processing supplier credit applications and trading terms
  • Supporting subsidiaries to reconcile accounts
  • Generating monthly reports


To be successful for the role it is essential that you have:

  • 2-3 years local Accounts Payable experience working for a large commercial or manufacturing company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A thorough understanding of the AP process
  • High attention to detail
